About the event
Step into a transformative Reiki-Infused Breathwork experience on the farm under the August Full Moon.
This workshop is designed to help release emotional tension, reconnect you to your inner clarity, and support nervous system regulation. Through guided conscious connected breathing you'll activate your body's natural healing intelligence while Reiki energy healing gently supports this process of release and renewal.
This is a beginner-friendly workshop, and all are welcome. No prior experience with either breathwork or Reiki is required.
