A Guide to Healing Through Breathwork, Reiki
At Confluence Breath & Bodywork, healing is not a one-time event. It is a gradual return to balance, awareness, and connection.
Whether you are stepping into your first session or returning for deeper integration, understanding how to prepare, what to expect, and how to care for yourself afterward allows you to receive the full benefit of the work.
This guide brings together everything you need to navigate your healing journey through Breathwork and Reiki, offered both in person and virtually.
Each modality works in its own way, yet both share the same intention: to help you come home to yourself.
Ready to explore? Start with Breathwork.
Breathwork
Release · Reconnect · Reset
Breathwork at Confluence is guided using Conscious Connected Breathing, a practice that supports the body's natural ability to release stored tension, emotional holding, and long-held stress patterns.
Sessions are active, intentional, and carefully facilitated with music, pacing, and nervous system awareness. Rather than forcing release, breathwork creates the conditions for regulation, insight, and emotional movement to arise naturally.
Each session is unique and guided with respect for individual readiness, capacity, and choice. Book a Breathwork Session
Reiki
Balance · Realign · Receive
Reiki is a gentle, hands-on (or hands-hovering) energy healing practice that supports nervous system regulation, emotional balance, and deep rest.
Through subtle energetic support, Reiki helps restore harmony within the body's energy field, often leaving clients feeling grounded, calm, and more connected to themselves. Reiki pairs especially well as a complement to breathwork, or stands on its own as a quiet, restorative session.
Reiki sessions at Confluence are offered in a quiet, supportive environment where receiving is the focus. There is no effort required — only openness and rest.
Why This Guide Matters
Many people come to Confluence seeking more than stress relief. They are seeking regulation, reconnection, and meaningful inner change.
