Service Description
Whether you're celebrating a bachelorette weekend, gathering old friends, bringing your family together, or building trust within a small team, this private session is built around your group. You'll move through a full Conscious Connected Breathwork journey, the same deep, guided practice offered 1:1, held just for the people you brought with you. No performance, no pressure to "do it right." Just breath, held space, and whatever comes up, together. Good for: bachelorette & milestone celebrations · friend group reunions · family gatherings · small team offsite (up to 6).
Cancellation Policy
Life happens — I get it. If you need to reschedule or cancel, here's how it works: More than 48 hours before your session: Full refund or free reschedule, no questions asked. 24–48 hours before your session: 50% refund, or full credit toward a future session. Less than 24 hours before your session: No refund, but session credit may be offered at my discretion for genuine emergencies. No-shows without notice: No refund or credit. Your session time is held exclusively for you. Late cancellations make it difficult to offer that time to someone else who may need it.
