Service Description
Breathwork is the foundation of this session. Reiki is layered in as an add-on for deeper integration — hands-on energy work added to your Conscious Connected Breathwork practice to support emotional release, energetic alignment, and profound relaxation for mind and body.
Cancellation Policy
Life happens — I get it. If you need to reschedule or cancel, here's how it works: More than 48 hours before your session: Full refund or free reschedule, no questions asked. 24–48 hours before your session: 50% refund, or full credit toward a future session. Less than 24 hours before your session: No refund, but session credit may be offered at my discretion for genuine emergencies. No-shows without notice: No refund or credit. Your session time is held exclusively for you. Late cancellations make it difficult to offer that time to someone else who may need it.
